Mary Catherine joined Great Lakes in 2025 as a Managing Director focused on International and Global distribution across the Institutional, Sub-Advisory and Intermediary channels. Prior to GLA, Mary Catherine was a Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton responsible for strategic relationships with key financial intermediary clients. Previously, she served as a Vice President at Nuveen responsible for relationships with notable global wealth management and institutional clients for Nuveen's dedicated global and international equity portfolio management group. Mary Catherine started her career at UBS Financial Services.

Mary Catherine is a CFA Charter holder and is a member of the CFA Society in Chicago. She lives with her husband Matt and son Chase in the Chicago area. She is a paddle tennis enthusiast and rookie golfer.
