Brad Hays serves as Director of Intermediary Distribution in the Northeast Region, where he is responsible for distribution in the wirehouse, independent, and RIA channels throughout the Northeast. Brad joined the firm in 2015 bringing more than 20 years of experience in investment sales and relationship management. Prior to joining the firm, Brad served in various roles with TD Ameritrade, Calamos Investments, BlackRock, and Invesco.
