Denise Powell serves as a Client Service Associate II at Great Lakes Advisors. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for The Northern Trust Company as a Sr. Analyst, Business Systems where she supported her team in guiding internal users on tools and applications essential for servicing client and partner needs to improve user proficiency, enhance service delivery, and ensure consistent support across operations. At Northern Trust, she also formally served as an Account Operating Analyst, and Personal Loan Service Representative. Prior to Northern Trust she worked at American National Bank in the Mortgage Department.

Denise enjoys going to church and traveling. She grew up in Chicago and currently resides in Country Club Hills, IL.
